Biography
Annette Gregory is the
Owner/Broker of First Action Realty.
After having affiliated with
large franchised real estate companies she decided to open First Action Realty
in order to provide more personal, independent and flexible services for her
clients. With more than 30 years in the real estate industry, she has built a
strong referral business by arming her clients with all the information they
need to make good informed decisions. Her real estate experience and market knowledge
will give you the
edge you need to make the best decision and most importantly feel comfortable
and secure about that decision
Annette prides herself
on finding the right home that fits her buyer's needs and tastes in price,
style, size, amenities and resale value. She sees and understands the big
picture--what her clients need versus what the market offers--and plans
accordingly. Over the years, she has earned a reputation of providing
sound advice with a high degree of integrity. Her customers appreciate
her knowledge and trust her repeatedly with their real estate needs.
Annette spends her spare time
mentoring youth and writing grants for non-profit organizations.
She enjoys traveling, playing the piano, dancing, listening to jazz and has a flair for
home decorating and design.
